At Elyzzah, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Eligible Exchanges

We offer exchanges if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your perfume arrives damaged or leaking.
  • You receive a defective item.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify:

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging.
  • The perfume should not be excessively used.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Exchange Process

After approval:

  1. Return the product.
  2. Our team will inspect it.
  3. A replacement will be shipped if approved.

Exchange requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
